Step 1: Talk to a counselor
Get connected to one of our counselors, who will ask you a series of questions to better understand your story and your current situation. Our counselors have gone through extensive training and possess an immense amount of knowledge. During the conversation, they will provide tips and opportunities for reflection. After some time, they will give you suggestions on the type of mental health care that they expect will benefit you most.
Step 2: Connect with care
Besides suggested treatments, your counselor will empower you with education and pointers on how to find the right provider for your needs. When desired, our counselors can help you match with the right therapist, using our proprietary matching system, and our unique therapist speed-dating platform. LikeMinded does not employ any of the recommended therapists and does not receive any kickback from them.
